All American Title's Closing Portal

With All American Title’s Closing Portal, communication has never been easier!

One of our biggest priorities as we serve real estate agents and lenders is that we always aim to provide the best customer service in the industry. A big part of that superior service is how we communicate! Communication is oftentimes the #1 complaint during a real estate transaction, but we have addressed that issue at All American and made it a top priority. Let’s take a walk through our 100% secure portal!

Above, you see the home page of the portal. In the large section of the screen, we have all of your closings that you are working on. You as a real estate agent or a lender are going to get to see every one of your closings with All American Title.

Whether you have 2 closings with us or 50, all of them will be on this page. From a quick glance, you can see all of the property addresses, your role in the file, the closing date – if it has been scheduled, and the stage of the closing process the file is at! Let’s take a closer look at 1111 Walkthru Way.

Once we click “review”, it pulls you right into your file, where at the snapshot, you can see everything. The first section on this page is for the closing documents. Every single closing document that we have as a part of this file will be right here. Your buyer or seller are going to see the exact same closing documents from their portal. The great thing about this section is the upload feature! Let’s say we need a driver’s license. The buyer or seller is able to easily attach it directly in the portal, and it will save directly to our internal system. The portal is easily accessed from a mobile device as well, so you can easily snap a photo to upload.

On the right side of the portal, you’ll see the closing tracker. It flows from file opened to closing scheduled to settlement statement to closing complete. What we love to do is be able to tell people where they are, where they’ve been, and where they’re going next. The closing tracker is no different than the emails and text messages you already receive with closing updates, it’s just a better visual that is able to be accessed at any point.

Wiring instructions are always a concern as well, so this portal offers a secure way for us to share the wiring instructions in the documents section of the portal. We also include a wire fraud informational video for you and your clients to watch to learn more on how to avoid a scam.

Below the tracker, we have the closing details. This is a very convenient feature because it allows your buyer or seller to check the up-to-date closing details, so they don’t need to be reaching out to you to verify. At the touch of a button, they can also add this directly to their calendar.

Down at the bottom of the page is where you’ll see the closing contacts. We want to make sure that every person who is looking at this knows who is working on their file and how to get ahold of them. If they receive a phone call from somebody, they are able to verify if this person is associated with the file.

Our hope is that this portal helps you look even better during the transaction because your buyer or your seller is going to know exactly what is going on at all times. As we shift towards a more on-demand culture, especially with a transaction this large, your client is going to want the most up-to-date and accurate information about their closing. The All American Title portal will help you with just that.
